Indication:

Evening primrose oil is composed of essential fatty acids, especially cis-linoleic, cis-gamma-linolenic, and oleic acids. It also contains an unsaponifiable fraction, beta-sitosterol, and citrostadienol.

Per capsule: Cold-pressed evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis L.) (10% GLA) (1,000 mg) and natural vitamin E (67%) (d-alpha-tocopherol) (20 mg). Antioxidants (tocopherol-rich extract of natural origin and ascorbyl palmitate). Gelatin capsule (190 mg) and glycerin (90 mg).

Dosage:

Take 1 capsule per day with a meal.
