Indication:

Composition:

Per tablet:
L-tryptophan 600 mg, magnesium (citrate) 75 mg (20% NRV) and vitamin B6 2.8 mg (200% NRV).

Other ingredients: bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose) and anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide).

Dosage:

Take 1 tablet per day, preferably in the morning, on an empty stomach.
